Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at MasterMel!
We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items will be refunded at the purchase price.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, please email us at 7mastermel@gmail.com.
Goods Not Covered
The following goods are not covered by the return policy:
- Gift Cards
- Some health and personal care items
Late or lost refunds
- If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Shipping
- Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. You must contact us by email (7mastermel@gmail.com) so that we can give you the return instructions.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach us may vary.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
